These terms govern use of the KarMuqabla app, website, and related services by students, teachers, parents, and partner schools.

Overview

By creating an account or using KarMuqabla, you agree to these terms. If you are using KarMuqabla through a school, your school’s partnership agreement also applies and takes precedence for anything specific to that relationship.

Accounts & eligibility

KarMuqabla supports two kinds of accounts: open accounts, self-registered by a teacher or parent, and school-affiliated accounts, created or imported by a partner school. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Accounts for minors

Student users are typically minors. Individually registered student accounts require a linked parent or guardian account. School-affiliated student accounts are created and managed under the school’s own enrollment and consent processes.

Acceptable use

• Use KarMuqabla only for genuine learning, teaching, or monitoring purposes
• Don’t share your login, impersonate another user, or access another student’s account without authorization
• Don’t attempt to manipulate quiz scores, tournament results, or coin balances outside normal gameplay
• Don’t upload or share content that is abusive, unsafe for a school-age audience, or infringes someone else’s rights

Content & intellectual property

All topics, videos, quizzes, worksheets, and platform design remain the property of KarMuqabla or its licensors. You may use them for personal or classroom learning as intended by the app; you may not redistribute, resell, or republish platform content elsewhere without permission.

Coins, purchases & tournaments

Coins are an in-app reward and, where applicable, purchasable currency used for entitlements such as tournament entry or premium content. Coins have no cash value outside the platform and are non-transferable between accounts. Tournament rules, scoring, and prizes are described within each tournament and may vary by event.

Packages & billing

Premium packages, for individuals or schools, are billed according to the plan selected at purchase. Prices, renewal terms, and refund eligibility are shown at the time of purchase. School-level billing is governed by the relevant partnership agreement rather than individual in-app terms.

School & sponsor accounts

Schools, branches, and sponsors that provide access to students or staff are responsible for ensuring they have the right to do so under their own policies and applicable law. See our School Policy for details specific to institutional partners.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, poses a safety risk to other users, or is used fraudulently. You, or a school on behalf of its accounts, may close an account at any time by contacting support.

Disclaimers & liability

KarMuqabla is provided “as is.” While we work to keep the platform accurate, available, and secure, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service and aren’t liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless a school’s partnership agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of KarMuqabla after an update means you accept the revised terms; material changes will be flagged in-app or by email.
