Home tutors (individual teachers) can link existing student accounts on the KarMuqabla web app. School teachers usually get students from the school roster and do not link them in the app.

Parents create student accounts and manage Plus. You link learners so you can teach and follow their progress.
Steps for home tutors
1. Open Link your students
- In the header, open Select Student and tap + Add Student, or
- Finish this step during Complete your profile after sign-up.
2. Choose Link existing account
On Link your students, tap Link existing account.
3. Enter the student username
On Link existing student, type the student’s Username, then tap Link student.
4. Review the list
Linked students appear under Added student(s).
You can Remove a link if needed (this does not delete the student’s account).
5. Continue
Tap Continue to dashboard, or Skip for now and link students later.
School teachers
If you see School roster, your students are already provided by the school. Tap Continue to dashboard. Linking and removing students in the app is only for home tutors.
Tips
- Ask the parent for the student’s correct username before linking.
- You pay for your own teacher access; parents control Plus for students.
