From Plus / subscription
- Open Plus (subscription area).
- Look for Have questions about the subscription?
- Tap Talk to our experts.
From a lesson
- Open a lesson or resources screen.
- Tap the help (?) icon.
- The same support window opens.
From a payment screen
If you see Contact support after a payment issue, tap it.
Send a message
1. Open the support window
You should see Talk to our experts.
2. Reach us directly (optional)
Use the contact options shown (for example WhatsApp, phone, or email) if you prefer to call or chat outside the form.
3. Fill in the form
- Subject — a short summary.
- Message — what you need help with.
- Your phone number (optional) — so the team can call you back.
4. Send
Tap Send message.
Tap Cancel if you change your mind.
When it works, you should see a confirmation that your request was sent and that the team will get back to you.
Tips
- Include your username or the child’s name in the message if it helps.
- You may see Your recent requests in the same window for past messages.
