Buy gold or silver coin bundles on the KarMuqabla web app. Coins are credited after payment is confirmed.

Steps
1. Open coins / rewards
Tap the rewards or crown icon in the header (My rewards or Child rewards), or open Coins.
2. Open buy bundles
On the wallet screen, go to Buy coin bundles.
3. Choose coin type and bundle
- Choose coin type — Gold or Silver.
- Choose bundle.
- Tap Buy selected bundle.
You can also tap Open full shop to browse coins and Plus in Shop.
4. Complete checkout
On the coin checkout screen:
- Confirm details and Billing address.
- Choose a Payment method.
- Tap Buy coins or Continue to payment.
Use Back to Coins if you need to go back.
5. Wait for confirmation
Stay on the payment result page until it confirms success. Coins appear in the wallet after payment is confirmed.
Tips
- Parents: select the correct child before buying for that child’s wallet.
- If an unpaid order is blocking you, cancel it first — see How to Handle a Failed or Cancelled Payment.
