Sign in to the KarMuqabla web app so you can learn, teach, or follow your child’s progress.
What you need

Steps
1. Open the login screen
Go to the KarMuqabla web app. On the welcome screen, tap I already have an account.
Or open the login page directly.
2. Enter your username, phone, or email
On Welcome back, type your identifier in the field, then tap Continue.
3. Verify and sign in
You will see one of these:
A. Verification code (OTP)
Enter the code sent to your phone, then tap Sign in.
You can tap Resend code if needed, or Use password instead when that option is shown.
B. Password
Type your password, then tap Sign in.
You can choose Use verification code instead when that option is shown.
4. Go to Home
After a successful sign-in, you open your Home dashboard.
If you forgot your password
On the password step, tap Forgot password? and follow How to Reset Your Password.
New here?
Tap Register now (or Create account on the welcome screen) and follow How to Sign Up.
Remember: students usually receive a username and password from a parent or school.
If something goes wrong
- No internet: You may see No internet connection. Check your connection and tap Try again.
- Finish your profile: If the app asks you to complete your profile or choose a password, follow the on-screen steps, then continue to Home.
